The perfect invitation made easy.

Let me design your custom stationery so you can get back to planning the rest of your wedding!

STEP 1: Proposal & Booking

After you complete the “Wedding invitation Inquiry” form, I will put together a custom proposal for you. We can then connect on the proposal and answer any questions you may have about the process. To book with me, I require a 50% non-refundable downpayment.

STEP 2: Inspiration

Your invitations are often the first impression of your wedding day and I want to make sure they will reflect you as a couple and your day as well as possible. To begin the design process, I’ll send you the “Wedding Style + Theme” form  to get all the details about your wedding day. If you have a Pinterest board for your wedding, you will have an opportunity to share it with me during this phase. The more direction you offer, the better I will be able to design to suit!

STEP 3: Design

It’s design time! I do all of the design work in my studio and will then share with you the custom, beautiful results! Design proofs are sent via an online questionnaire that will allow you to give specific feedback about the designs. Your package will include up to three (3) free revisions to one chosen design. After the invitation design is finalized, I will design the additional accessory cards you chose.

STEP 4: Proofing + Printing

Once your invitation and accessory cards are completed on the digital side of the design, you will be sent a final proof form to make sure that all names, dates, addresses, and information placed on the invitation is correct.  Once you have signed off on the form, I will send your designs to print!

STEP 5: Assembly + Shipping

I like to proof the final product before I pass them along, so I will have the invitations shipped to me initially for proofing before sending them on to you. (If your invitations require assembly, I will assemble them, too!)

FAQ

Do you require a down-payment or a deposit?

Yes, when you book with MJStudio360 Wedding, you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer that locks in your place on our design calendar. The remaining installment will be due midway through the design process.

How soon in advance do I need to book you?

It is ideal to begin working on your custom invitations no less than two (2) months from the time you want the invitations in your hands. This allows ample time for the design process, proofing, printing and shipping.

In a pinch? We can speed up this process, but rush shipping fees may apply.

What printing options do you offer?

I offer a wide array of custom printing options to meet your needs. I currently offer digital printing (also called flat printing), including Digital CMYK, Digital White, Digital Gold, and Digital Silver, as well as Thermography and Letterpress.

Do you only work with Kansas brides?

Though I’m based in the heart of Kansas, I serve couples all over the country. Most of the couples I create custom wedding invitations for actually reside elsewhere.
